### **Information for Partners and Employers**

Signed into law on Dec. 27, 2020, the Consolidated Appropriations Act’s $1.4 trillion package provided funding to the federal government, nearly $900 billion in funding for COVID-19 relief, protections for patients from surprise medical bills, and a number of other health-related provisions. Planned Administrators, Inc. (PAI) is committed to complying with the requirements of the CAA & TiC regulations.

We have created a presentation with information on how we are implementing the changes in the [PAI CAA Update.](https://www.paisc.com/sites/default/files/Legal%20Notices/News/PAI%20CAA%20Update.pptx)
